The Mafia Boss being a text based game there are members that have know each other for many years yet have never met or even spoken to each other outside the game format. This is simple a chance for people to describe how they imagine there brothers and sisters to be in the real world. At the end of each eulogy is a response from the subject as to how acurate they were.
